in discovering their Fields of Fascination, Natural Skills, and Work
Motivations so they can be placed in jobs they enjoy. The result is
an employee with a more positive attitude who learns quicker and works
harder, which automatically makes them more promotable.
The WorkNet Model has excellent measurable results 84% placement
rate, 64% job retention rate at one year, and over 30% job upgrade rate
in the first year of employment.
